You can now get into Rockhopper's Quarters by going to the book room, clicking on Rockhopper's Journal, going to the last page, collecting the key, going to the beach, going to the ship, and then entering the door to the far right!
It has a game called "Treasure Hunt," and you get 100 coins bonus if you find an emerald! Read Rockhoper's directions for how to play.
